Bali Sunfish Mola Mola Season 2009
Posted date: 29 December 2008
It may seem early but the Bali Sunfish Season is fast approaching and it will soon be time to start thinking about the visit again of the Oceanic Sunfish to our waters in South Bali.
Every year we are graced with the presence of these magnificent Sunfish, or Mola Mola as they are very commonly known. At Blue Season Bali we run dedicated trips to see the Sunfish. These Mola Mola are best found at the Islands lying to the South East of Bali called Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Cenningan.
For our Bali Sunfish Dive Trips we do require that all divers have the minimum experience levels:
At least 30 logged dives.
Minimum Advanced Open Water diver certification.
Experience in deep and drift diving.
Dived within the last 6 months.
For divers who do not have these necessary levels, we hold the right to refuse them entry to this program, or we may require them to undergo a day of diving at a different location in order to check them out first. The reason why Blue Season Bali has a 100% safety record to put alongside our reputation as a professional dive operator is that we check our divers for suitability to the dives. Mola Mola Diving tends to be challenging with potential risks such as strong current and deep depths.

Every day at Blue Season Bali, there is always something new happening. In order to keep you up to date with what is going on, we have created some news web pages for you. Our instructors update their diving information almost daily so it's a good idea to keep visiting these pages to see what we are doing, and what we have been seeing out in the Bali oceans.
